Immufuge®III
The Immufuge® III is a compact, cost-effective
centrifuge for 12 tubes, which belongs as basic
equipment for every blood bank work station.
Three complete running programs can be stored
and recalled by a foil keypad. The
Immufuge® III can be operated both with speed
and RCF data. Maximum safety is provided by a
locking mechanism, keeping the lid locked
when the centrifuge is active. A centrifuge
rotor for 6 tubes is available upon request.
The instrument meets the European Safety
Requirements (IEC 1010-1/-2, DIN – EN61010
part1, 2).

DAC III
The DAC III is a semiautomated cell washing centrifuge for 12 or 24 tubes with an automated program for washing, decanting, and resuspension. DAC III is the ideal compact alternative for small and midsize laboratories.

Wash solution
As a wash solution we recommend Immusol Compact, a concentrated
sodium chloride solution, which was especially designed for immunohematological
procedures and which meets all current requirements. Immusol Compact is buffered
in such a way that the working solution after dilution maintains an optimal
pH of 7.3 ± 0.2
The buffer capacity is limited in order not to interfere with the reactivity
of pH sensitive antibodies.

Glassware
It is our desire that you can enjoy your centrifuges as long as possible. Therefore,
we select
only tubes of highest quality. They meet the
given limits of 75 ± 1 mm and 12 ± O,2 mm.
